Create API Token

An API token is required to allow the workflows to perform their check-in calls via API. Ensure you note the API token and keep this in a safe place. It is recommended to create an API Token for each of your Robot environments (DEV, UAT, PRD).

• Click on API Tokens
• Click Create and enter details:
  • Name
  • Permissions
    • There is a predefined permission set for Watch Monitoring for the Robots. This will provide the ability to check-in, activate and deactivate watches.
• Click Create
• Copy the API Token, it will not be made available again.
