Create Mailing List
Each Organization is required to have a mailing list. Notifications of state (Error/Relax) changes for watches are sent to the mailing list for the Organization. Multiple mailing lists may be defined, however only one mailing shall be used for all notifications for the Organization.
- Click on Mailing Lists
- Click Create and enter details:
- Name
- Description
- Auto Add (add's your email address to the mailing list)
- Set as Default (set's this mailing list as the default for the Organization)
- Add Users to the Mailing List
- Click to view the Mailing List
- Click Add
- Select the User to add to the mailing list
- Click Add
