Create Mailing List
Each Organization is required to have a mailing list. Notifications of state (Error/Relax) changes for watches are sent to the mailing list for the Organization. Multiple mailing lists may be defined, however only one mailing shall be used for all notifications for the Organization.
- Click on Mailing Lists
- Click Create and enter details:
- Name
- Description
- Auto Add (adds your email address to the mailing list)
- Set as Default (sets this mailing list as the default for the Organization)
- Add Users to the Mailing List
- Click to view the Mailing List
- Click Add
- Select the User to add to the mailing list
- Click Add
- Set the Organization to use the Mailing List
- Click on Organizations
- Open the Organization
- Edit the Organization settings
- Select the Mailing List to use for notifications
- Save the changes
